"True community begins when we recognize that every child’s future is our shared responsibility. We cannot do this alone."
-Founder member of Jayma Kunan
Jayma Kunan or how the Incas will call it "helping together now" (in Quechua), began with several years of hands-on charitable work, before we formalised it in 2012 to help people facing extreme poverty in a more structured and sustainable way. That decision grew out of numerous trips to Peru and Moldova, where we saw first-hand both the need and the potential for real, lasting change.
Since then, we've focused on education, nutrition, and safe, supportive spaces - creating environments where every child has the opportunity to learn, play, and grow to their full potential.

Our Philosophy
We embrace Ayni, the Andean spirit of mutual care, to support every child in Peru. By working together, we ensure no child stands alone and help them grow in a circle of love, care and dignity.
